W.A.L.T: read food labels!

This is a picture of a graph to do with today's lesson we were learning to read labels and what they meant!
If you wan't to be healthy when it comes to drinking the best option for you would have to be PUMP water because it has the least sugar in fact it actually has NO SUGAR at all so that would be your best choice !
If you want to be really unhealthy your choice would have to be V or Coke and if there happened to be NO water your next best choice would be Milk !

V and Coke has the biggest amount of sugar and definitely the wrong drink to have
and pump is the healthiest to have!

The reason Why there are two trees is because 1 tree is Boonzaaier which is my mums side of the family and the other Baatjies is my dads side of the family

1. If everyone separated the rubbish from the recycling.
2. If everyone put the crafting tools back when they were finished with them.

How to be a good friend

If you want to be a good friend like me follow these easy steps :

Step 1 :

If you don’t start to speak nicely to your friends

for example don’t say “GO AWAY”  instead say “Hi would you like to play with us” and then they might say “Yes please” or “sure that would be nice” and also say “please” and “thank-you” and if they say something you don’t like say “stop it I don’t like it”.

Step 2 :

If you don’t act nicely to your friends they won’t act nicely to you

instead of running and chasing after them stop take 5 and walk

away [or tell the teacher, but not always]

Step 3 :

Just be your self don’t let the wrong thing show, for instance

don’t try to fit in with people that are the complete opposite

to you, just be your self not the opposite of you because it could be uncomfortable for you to be in a group that doesn't suit you.

Follow these 3 easy steps and you will have a good amount of friends on no time.
